MIX-USE OFFICE BUILDING

The Mix-use Office Building was designed to match the existing buildings located in the existing office complex while still providing its own identity. The building includes two restaurant spaces on the ground floor with their own private covered patios and professional medical office space on the second level of the building with fantastic views of the Las Vegas skyline.

Pliris Design Studio is the Architect of Record for the Hualapai Springs Plaza project overall site located at the NE corner of Hualapai Way and Deer Springs Rd.. This project consists of a 5 acre site that includes a 98,000 sf Mini-Storage Warehouse with 570 units (Pliris Design Studio - Architect of Record), 2,000 sf Taco Bell (GGW Architects, P.C. - Architect of Record), 850 sf Dutch Bros Drive-up Coffee Shop (Pliris Design Studio - Architect of Record), 3,500 sf In-Line Retail Building (Pliris Design Studio - Architect of Record), and a Convenience Store w/ Car Wash and Gas Pumps (Suzana Rutar Architect, Ltd. - Architect of Record)

DESERT COMMONS RETAIL CENTER

SIZE: 22,000 sf
The Retail Center was designed to provide a courtyard between the two buildings to be used as a multi-use space for a farmer's market, or other events. The vertical slat facade wall was designed to be interactive to provide shading devices and sitting benches for patrons of the retail center.

STORAGEONE MINI-STORAGE & RETAIL PAD SITES

This StorageOne and retail pad site project will be a new construction ground up two-story mini-storage warehouse with over 600 storage units available. This project is part of a mixed-use development in the southwest part of the valley. We have provided architectural services that include conceptual and schematic design. This project is going through the planning and zoning process in Clark County.

MIXED COMMERCIAL PROJECT AT SAHARA

SIZE: 7,500 sf
The center was designed to serve the surrounding office and commercial area and allow for additional options for food. The project is composed of three free-standing quick serve restaurant pads that range in size from 2,100 square feet to 3,300 square feet.
