Bio:

  Gerald is a Principal Architect and a Co-Founder of Pliris Design Studio.  He has 16 years of experience in the field of architecture and has worked on a wide variety of project types from small residential additions to some of the largest projects in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area including: Fontainebleau, Luxor, Golden Nugget, MGM Grand, Caesar's Palace, and The Venetian.

 

    Gerald's love for design started as young as three years old when he would draw and create forms out of legos.  He began studying architecture at the age of 16 while attending High School in Italy.  His school provided a Technical Preparation Course for those students wanting to attend college with an interest in Architecture/Engineering.  

  After High School, he began his architecture career at the age of 18 working as a draftsman for William Morris Architects in Augusta, Kansas.  Since that time he has worked for a number of award-winning firms.

  Gerald started Architecture School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2003 and graduated in 2007 with his Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He returned to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and received his Master of Architecture degree in 2011.
